Please forgive me if this is a dumb question, but does this mean these girls have gone pro? Wondering how it works when they do a commercial. I’d love to see many of them in NCAA!

It depends whether or not they accepted payment for the TV ad. I assume they did not.

Being a Screen Actors Guild member I believe they have to be paid for a national commercial. I think you get one pass though before you have to join SAG, so maybe that works for not being considered a pro in gymnastics as well. Interesting.
