Moors – official announcement

I’ve criticized Gymnastics Canada in the past for poor communication. They were very slow getting this posted, despite the fact that Moors is one of the strongest medal candidates in any sport.

Statement from Gymnastics Canada on the final selection for the 2014 Glasgow Games:

… Following discussion between the coaches and Victoria Moors, it was determined that she was not performing at competition readiness for these Games. The coaching staff therefore decided that Victoria-Kayen Woo would compete in Glasgow instead of Victoria Moors. …

Get well soon, Victoria Moors. And good luck to Team Canada with Victoria-Kayen stepping up for Bars.

Team Canada

At this point Ellie Black is the favourite in the all-around.

Gymnastics Canada needs to hires someone like Scott Bregmen or say Jared Goad to do their press releases and social media at events. USAG has really raises the bar for this as well as GB Gymnastics. It is in need of much improvement.

Totally agree that Ellie is a red hot favorite for AA gold, especially given the news that Becky Downie is only competing two events (shame). Neither England nor AUS has any aa-ers who can realistically touch her on a normal day.

They need to hire me. I have lots of experience.
