Wow! She is so powerful. Would love to see her competing in the American Cup this year.

I don’t think Cheng Fei did that vault so well and Mckayla wasn’t even on a podium! The body position was nice and it looks like there could be room for another 1/2 in there in time.

She is amazingly powerful! Her double twisting dbl layout is really quite something also…

That kid can do power events, that’s for sure. What does her bars and beam look like?

As of 2012 Visas, she was muscling her bars around a lot, was a little sloppy about reaching handstand, flexed her feet in her pak, and caught her release with bent elbows. But she’s improved enormously on her other events since then – if she’s cleaned up bars, and can hit beam consistently, she’ll be an AA force. If not, leg event specialist at the very least!
