Some of those are good ideas, others are injury magnets and not safe (toe crunching, split arm drill). Just saying.

Great idea, safe and good for young gymnasts

Some great stuff, but I didn’t see the benefit of the split arm exercise.

The split arm exercises make sense to me for some bars turns/pirouettes.
As for the toe”crunching”, if the feet aren’t in correct position those sliders won’t slide, so that kind of takes care of itself.
They look like good solid exercises to me; actually we do a lot of those with paper plates, but the partner exercises would be both fun and challenging for the kids. Plus, if partner A is not tight and in good shape, partner b is not going to get them across the floor and so their teammates will start holding them accountable for doing it right, which is helpful.
