Not sure if you know Rick, but YouTube has had auto translate (in beta) for a while now. You can turn on English subtitles for this video, haven’t tried the others but betting they have the option also. Click the icon to the left of the cog in the embedded video above.

Should add, not a perfect translation by any means, but you can at least partially understand what is being said.

Captions did not work for me. I got no captions at all.

Click on the envelope type icon, then click on Japanese (to turn subtitles on). Then click the envelope again and click Translate Captions. Then select the language you want to translate it into.

While the automatic translated captions is pretty cool it still has a long way to go before it becomes useful. Looking at the automatic captions for an English video shows that this part of the technology still makes many mistakes. Combined with the current level of language translation means that the translated captions probably bare absoluely no resemblance to what was actually said.
