Parkour gym gives traceurs room to train

A new gym in Sherwood Park gives athletes a safe place to practice climbing, jumping and other parkour moves.

It is a gym club – Salto Gymnastics in Sherwood Park, AB – we built the new Parkour park in one corner of the gym.

Hello, that sounds interesting, i would like to know what the cost and schedule for kids that are just beginners

I would also like to know about beginners. I’m 15 and am going home to Edmonton for my sister’s Grad (I live in Africa) and I’m interested in atleast learning some basics to go on once I return.
