I LOVE melodysheep.
Bruce Lee is still a personal hero. The man is a true inspiration. He is a true amalgamation of body and mind training. Just awesome
c’mon Rick, what’s this, “when I was a gymnast”?
Are you trying to make the rest of us feel old?
Rick, when you were a gymnast did they still compete outside? I think they did in my dad’s era.
Okay, I keed.
I definitely grew up with two Bruces when I grew up. First Bruce Lee, then Bruce Campbell. Especially as I loved the martial arts and he was a legend between both my fathers.
My uncle had a neat story of when he met Bruce once and showed him a trick to “blow up” his bicep when flexing ( I love to show this to little kids – simply stick thumb in mouth and blow and flex at the same time).
Pretty sure somewhere in my storage is a box full of Bruce Lee books about his life, JKD, Kung Fu, etc.
