Hell of a piece of music! Fab choreography, such clean execution!
I tell ya… If the guys stopped wearing head-to-toe diamond encrusted lycra Elvis impersonator costumes, tho would be my FAVE sport.
Seriously, how does one land a full-twisting layout on someone’s hands?
Human’s are so cool.
Winning multiple medals at last Europeans and World Championship, the statement “Belgium is a super power in Acro” is definitely true.
As some of you might know Belgium is divided in a dutch speaking part (6 mil. people) and a french speaking part (4 mil. people). In the dutch speaking part, acro is really big.
The french speaking part however is another story, for years they are struggling to raise their game. In the 20+ years i’m involved in acrobatics I can’t remember one good partnership coming from the french speaking part. They seem to lack structure, good coaches and gymnasts.
Therefor it strikes me they announce George Sauvage as a coach with international experience.
He’s a nice guy, but his knowledge of acrobatics is only very basic.
just my 2 cents….
I agree tehfnz… I was unable to find any information on this Sauvage in the international realm of acrobatic gymnastics. Instead his website seems to offer recreational acrobatic classes. Seems like some false advertising by Altadore to me.
