Love the concept. But every home made and commercial version of this kind of thing I’ve seen has been easily breakable.
That one’s the bounceboard – instructions.
Leave a comment if you’ve found one near unbreakable. Thanks.

Well, many people actually use their own snowboards – can’t get any better than this (and saves you the money of buying a special board).
Using an actual snowboard on a backyard trampoline or on other suitable though bedding (PVC bed for example), is fairly safe for the net. You could put edge guards to make it even safer.
If you have a professional trampoline with a good bed, I wouldn’t recommend using any board on it, not even the ones who claim to be specially designed for it.
Board on a trampoline = using “bad” trampolines, and if the trampoline is not that good to begin with then you might as well use an actual snowboard.
p.s – the one you’ve posted looks kind of foamy so it might be safer for the jumper, and looks quite durable. I still wouldn’t put it on a professional bed, and pretty sure my coach won’t even hear of it, no matter the reasoning.
HI give us a chance and try us out. We are a new company and have sold (together with our distributor North Shore Inc) over 2000 bounceboards with only a 2% breakage rate. Now we are introducing the new improved pro-bounceboard with a stronger core. Same looks and engineering but stronger. Stay with us. We keep getting better. Have twice the fun on a trampoline.
You should send a couple to Woodward West Gymnastics and Action Sports camp for an EXTREME test.
We would love to work with you to help us test our products. Woodward at Copper and Woodward at Lake Owen and Woodward at Lake Tahoe can give you some feedback. Based on their orders, I think they are stoked and say their campers really have fun conditioning with the Bounceboards. Please email us. We will hook you up. sales@bounceboard.com
We also worked directly with the best trampoline manufacturer in Idaho, Phillip Aka, at AJ Trampolines to make sure our product would be compatible with resilient structures of trampolines meeting ASTM standards and guidelines. We also had it tested by an engineer and U of O aerial maneuvers class. Getting some use by some extreme athletes will be great.
Thanks Bounceboards.
I’m going to forward your offer to Woodward. And have them get back to you directly.
Week 1 Woodward West I’ll be attending. And hope to review your Boards myself, in person.
