Most of the team from Tokyo were excused from competing this event. And there were others missing including (hopefully) Cheng Fei.
It was definitely not a high priority meet this year.

Why did they use such a bad floor?
I was told they use most Spieth in mainland China. But Hong Kong was hosting and they used some equipment I’d never seen before. … Nobody looked too happy with the Floor.
