Just another example of why region 2 is at the bottom. You can have a fun gym, or a good gym. The combination of having both, only a few coaches can succeed. What do you think Rick?

This is a fun gym. No aspirations for elite gymnastics.

That definitely makes conditioning more fun.

Anything that can make conditioning less tedious and add a bit of fun is a good thing, especially with the younger kids.
It could be used as a challenge. Coach spins for the first drill, then whoever does the most/fastest/best on that drill gets to spin for the next drill.

Why not have one that is really harsh in there and then one that is more like a break? for more of that aspect of gambling?

I like it, you can also do dice-stength,
every number is an exercise.
Throw, do the exercise,
keep on throwing and exercising until you have done all the numbers.

Or mastermind-strengt, make combinations of strengthexersices. Keep on trying till you find the ride order
