WOW. She really treats those like they were in the 90′s. That was ahead of its time.

I don’t get why she bends her knees before the release move. Love how she mounts the low bar and her dismount!

Sometimes gymnasts do weird things on skills that are new to them. Sometimes coaches actually teach these form breaks as a quick way to gain the skill and then clean it up later.
