One of my teammates competed and won USAG Nationals with this in 2003 (TWU).
C? that’s a bit bizarre, since Gienger is a D, and it certainly is not any easier than a Gienger.
It looks like a skill where another 1/2 turn could be added with ease.
I have seen this skill in MN highschool gymnastics meets as well as a few D3 college skills. I don’t think its as tricky to learn as it is to connect it something. It seems to end in a dead hang, either way very cool skill.
I love to see people compete this skill because it’s so unusual and surprising. I just wish there was a way to make it prettier. Bent legs under the bar are just not attractive.
