For the first time in 10yrs, the weather is a big problem in the hours leading up to our big meet in Idaho.
After nearly a foot of snow blanketed the Spokane and Coeur d’Alene areas, the National Weather Service has another treat in store. A blizzard warning is in effect until noon today for most of the Spokane and Coeur d’Alene areas …
That’s one of the boats being used for the athletes Cruise.
Update: The little girls from Omega in Vancouver have arrived.

And there’s still a winter weather storm warning through Friday morning (4 am).
I think it’s hilariously that our normal high for this time of the year is around 40… High for tomorrow? 10 (at least for the Washington Palouse)… low between Thursday and Friday is a low of -10.
Keep warm!
I don’t see any storm or precipitation warnings until Sunday.
Flonty check every major news for the area (and yes I would know I live just south of Spokane):

The major stuff has moved west but we’re now under a wind chill advisory. The high in Spokane tomorrow is only suppose to be around 22 or so (which is higher than what they were reporting this morning).
That’s so odd. EVERYthing else has nothing about it. Well, glad I have a good resource to check now before we drive up tomorrow.
Good thing we got a hotel for overnight.
Wind chill advisory – is that just something to say “Hey don’t be a retard and go outside unprotected because it’s hella cold” or is there something else attached to that? Are they afraid the roads will be all ice or something? I’m just concerned about our drive tomorrow in my old car
