I don’t mind it. It would be nice if they weren’t flexed all the time though. If that’s the only hand position, it makes the hands seem as if they have no personality.

if Nastia had trained in Russia she never would have made that horrible gesture with her hands, is crude and vulgar
Gymnastics is also ballet but USAG is not well taught classical dance and good hand position.
They say that Larson has a good choreography but I think she will break her neck with her exaggerated gestures!! It is very artificial. USAG is artificial.

Yeah, USA gymnasts are rather contrived.
