Martha doesn’t care about two vaults?
Zam has proven that vault judging is bogus. Compare her Cheng to her Yerchenko full. how does the full have more deductions?
She missed the vault today, but the math still puts her on the team, actually. IOW, even with a 50% chance of a fall, her average score on vault justifies taking her as a specialist. Nothing else matters. Just the Cheng.

Zam is not trying for worlds anymore, she’s focusing on NCAA and upgrading her routines for elite. She’s physically a bit drained and needs to work out a way to get through both seasons healthy and fit, seems like the smart decision.
