She needs to lose weight. No offense. I’m just into proper body fat now.
If you’re so into “proper body fat”, why are you talking about “weight”?
I guess cause I’m not into being super-precise in my words, for commenters like you that react to side issues rather than main points.
Maybe you should be super-precise for the benefit of “readers” who might want to do something about their “body fat” issues. You wouldn’t want them to go away thinking that their weight is an indication of their body fat, would you? If you care so much about other people’s body fat, why wouldn’t you want to keep key points clear?
Of course, actually helping people is probably just a side issue for you.
You are dismissed.

What is proper body fat? A good % or a good type? I mean what are you talking about here?
Also, how are you able to know about this just by looking at her? I knew a woman that looked way fatter than her who was carrying 20% which is not much for a woman. I knew a women who looked thin who was carrying over 30%. You cannot know how much body fat anyone is carrying without putting them on a scale designed to measure that sort of thing.
shes not at all fat or needs to lose weight…if any of you did gymnastics youd know that not all gymnasts are super skinny because of all the muscles we build up and how strong you have to be to be able to do what we do, an olympic gymnast is DEFINITELY not someone who needs to worry about their weight.
