Romania have multiple Olympic and world golds whereas Japan are completely unproven at world team level and are held up by 1 good gymnast. They have no chance at gold whatsoever.

Britain are capable of really good bars and floor rotations, but I think they’ll be held back too much by their weak beam to be a real contender for gold. A medal is probably possible though, depdending on what happens with the other teams.

Completely agree with the first statement about judging being too strict. It’s insane now. However, that’s definitely the first I’ve ever heard anyone suggest that Great Britain has a chance for GOLD at the world championships! I cannot even envision how that might be possible.
