Great little gymnast on the cover too!!!
The product pushing is getting a little high, Rick. I can appreciate that every little person who loves gym has a little product (and is not rich and could use the bucks). But how many are really helpful? At a minimum, give REAL REVIEWS (with content and length to the post).

Read it, thought it was excellent.
I have currently lent it out to one of the other coaches at my gym — and I plan to continue lending it out to anybody I can talk into reading it.
Thanks Geoffrey. I’m not so sure about the author, but was certain the book would be highest quality.
I bought 10 copies of his first one for all our competitive staff.
I have not taken time to read that yet. Hope I can view it online at amazon. A competitive edge always helps when things are close.
