Extreme Slackline

A lot of gymnastics gyms are adding slack lines. Inexpensive. Fun. And … fairly safe.

Backflips, Frontflips, 360s, 540s, Drops, Spins, ….

Click PLAY or watch a competition on YouTube. (10min)

I’ve not used them much. Leave a comment if you’ve got advice about slacklines for coaches like me.

Thanks

We’ve got two slacklines in the gym now, Rick! (We had 3, someone actually STOLE one!) The kids love it, as do the free-runners/parkour boys.

Great for training balance, ankle strength etc. Jeni McNeal also bought one to use with USA diving.

Wow. That must have been one broke bastard to steal a slackline. Those things are cheap.

That looks awesome! How much do they cost? Where do you get them from?

You’re right Dave, kids love them and they are great exercise too. Heather – check out http://www.slacklinz.com for slacklins and gear
