But of course the fact that the entire show is such a cliche make it so much more entertaining. And as bad as it gets at least it's gymnastics on TV, and being watched by the appropriate audience. For me the best part of this episode was watching somebody actually strapped into that twisting belt (yes we've all been there in the 70's) and getting all tangled up in it (brings back so many memories LOL). And of course being able to learn a double arabian in just 2 days by getting a little stronger and just trusting yourself to go for it (oh gag). Oh and every gymnast's dream of making it to the prom (double triple gag). What treats are in the offings for us in the next episode? I wait with bated breath...
