I was starting to have my doubts about Shayla Worley. But now with 2 strong AA meets over the past 2 weekends, you have to count Shayla one of the favourites to win the individual NCAA championships.

This routine is strong, but doesn’t blow me away.
Georgia, at home, won 196.725-195.872 over No. 3 Arkansas.
Shayla won the AA with 39.375. That won’t be enough to hold her rank at #2 in College gymnastics.

I like watching Shayla and always have.
I know you’re going to hate me if I keep pimping out Brandi and PSU, but c’mon!! They’re really hitting a stride. Brandi, for the 2nd consecutive week, scored a 39.6 in the AA. She also got another 10.0 on vault, and PSU scored another 196.4+. A repeat appearance at Nationals can happen!
In other news: I’m happy to see Shayla finally pick it up. NCAA is such a huge, amazing mess this year with every team biting at the heals of whoever is momentarily leading the pack.
Actually, I love Brandi. Have ever since I first saw her 1/1 double layout.
Will put up a profile on her next week.
