Rick,
This is a great book. Just one caution is the price is misleading. There is a $26 USD charge for shipping. When you look at the UPS shipping bill you see that the author has only been charged $14 USD. The end price in Canada for me was $80 CDN

In the US, shipping is $12.15. Just FYI. So 26 books is probably because of going to Canada. Maybe import fees too, dunno.

I love the books and DVD’s. You’ll also find a score of reviews out there if you google for it on various forums, even mine.

Thanks Blair. I added a note on the cost in the U.S. to the original post.
