Tammy is one of the best coaches in gymnastics today
When I say that to some people they say “anyone can coach the best gymnasts in the country” but if you understand gymnastics and the physics behind it you will see she is inventive and practical to her approach to coaching.
I have learned more from her old round off video then all the videos that I have ever watched.

That said, I recently had an interesting conversation with Beth Gardner on her Gymnastics Minute video on safe bridging. I was bringing up something I’ve heard Tammy Biggs talk about on a Congress video and in her GymSmart video on body shaping. Would love if anyone here can offer additional insights or shed some illumination/clarification. Probably easier to follow this comment stream, since the replies are organized, as to make some sense. (I’m “fightflipnfold”).
