Congratulate her.
That’s a sign of hard work.
We had a picture of one of our pommel horse guy’s hands where he ripped from horse posted in our gym. It remains one of my favorite pictures ever.
Niiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiice
Let’s not send those grips to Bangladesh, eh?
does blood wash out of the grips???
Nope. We don’t wash away blood on leather. Over time, slowly, the chalk will absorb and blanket the old stain.
Unsanitary?
oh my gosh! that would so hurt *ouccccccch*

I am 12 and I am in level 9, I always get rips like that, what can I use to help it?
Some people have skin that rips more easily. …
hmmm. Could you train more on the safety straps, fewer turns on the “real” bars?
Haha, you are a level nine and you dont know already that odds are you will get them every now and then no matter what. it happens when you spin around something over and over again.
Friction..= Blisters.. which equals RIPS
