I have been coaching for over 20 years. Society has gone down hill and I find the families I deal with do not agree with the tough love to develop not just great athletes but great people. I am wondering if women's competitive gymnastics which demands so much discipline/tough love will slowly fade away as society continues to go down hill. I agree with this article. I hired him on the spot to take over our little boys program from Erin Knuttila who was moving away. This group was a group of the little brothers, which included Jayd Lukenchuk!
