Can often be a frustrating skill to teach. I’ve found that it’s often one of those tricks that my girls either get freakishly quickly or take ages to master… One of my gymnasts picked up her sole circle on only her 3rd or 4th try, but has developed an annoying habit of not being able to stop her momentum after the first rotation round the bar, and going straight into a second circle.
