Viktoria (Viktoriya) Komova scored 59.80 points (results PDF) All-around at the Junior competition in Japan, establishing herself as one of the very best gymnasts in the world. She won’t be age eligible for senior competition until 2011.

I see no reason why she can’t compete on the world stage. Oh wait, she’s TOO YOUNG to handle the pressure and the skills, isn’t she?
Actually TP competing on the wold stage has nothing to do with your dificulty, there are certain moves you have to include in some routines but other than that some young kids can actually handle the pressure, why else would they do WORLD age group championships
