Cotteral 1926. "Individual Gymnastics; A handbook of corrective and remedial gymnastics" by Lillian Curtis Drew, 5th edition revised by Hazel L. Kinzly 1945 (1st edition 1922) And: "Gymnastics Teaching" by William Skarstrom, M.D., professor of Physical Education at Wellesley College, 1921. 2nd edition. (1st edition 1912) All of them very quaint and old-timey humorous. Here’s all I could find without tearing apart my storage closet:
