Here's all I could find without tearing apart my storage closet:

"Tumbling Pyramid Building and Stunts for girls and women" by B. and D. Cotteral 1926.

"Individual Gymnastics; A handbook of corrective and remedial gymnastics" by Lillian Curtis Drew, 5th edition revised by Hazel L. Kinzly 1945 (1st edition 1922)

And:

"Gymnastics Teaching" by William Skarstrom, M.D., professor of Physical Education at Wellesley College, 1921. 2nd edition. (1st edition 1912)

All of them very quaint and old-timey humorous.

I'd love to link to it on this site. Dig up the title and author, if you can. Thanks.

I think I have "101 exercises for parallel bars," or something like that, written in the late 1800s. It's buried in a closet, I'll look for it if anybody is interested in it.
