This stuff works, at least it does for me and my olymic weightlifters and track athletes. The liftres have to get into their weightclasses; this is sometimes very difficult to do, because they are dehydrated and tired when competition finally comes up. Since eating in the zone/paleo (read: avoid sugar and starch) this has become much less of a problem. It is great way to gain muscle mass without gaining bodyfat (up calorie intake) and it is also a great way to loose bodyfat while maintining the muscles (moderate calorie intake).

A great website for some for INDEPTH information is:
http://robbwolf.com

Just a small warning... the information usually included there is VERY difficult for most people to understand.

If you are an elite athlete that does not need or want to lose weight... buy the Zone book. Do all the caculations and the double or triple your fat intake.
