Golden Age of Gymnastics – Beam

On the International Gymnast Forum numblemon lists her Golden Age of Beam.

From 1979-1985, I found beam to be the most innovative and graceful.

It’s an excuse to post likely my favourite gymnast of all time, Natalia Shaposhnikova.

What’s the skill value? Probably not enough incentive to spend time developing it.

I show this routine to my gymnasts and they just go WOW at the whole thing!
