Very dangerous.
One commentator thinks it’s from a 1988 competition in Russia.

Certainly this skill will be done again, soon.
Any athlete with a very strong double layout Arabian could possibly do triple tuck. I’d rather not see this skill on the competition floor, however.

i can see Steve leGrande competing this, and the guy from Michigan who competes quad twist on floor….but hard to imagine both in same set….
A guy at my gym did this once, but it was on the tumble track, when him and a couple of his friends were doing gymnastics horse
