UK favourite Louis Smith won Pommels at the World Cup meet in Scotland last weekend. His circles aren’t extended. But he’s very consistent.

Now Louis plans an attempt at the Guiness World Record for the highest number of flares on a pommel horse.
What? The current record is only 46?

I’m with you coach! Smith’s presentation and amplitude are average and it just seems like this routine is muscled through not swinging like most world class gymnast.
