There's bound to be several state legislators who have a child in some sport which would be affected, who will realize the absurdity of the bill. Someone must not have alerted the little league football clubs yet. I can't imagine Texas doesn't have a bazillion little league football clubs that practice at least ten hours a week, which also aren't licensed childcare facilities. And cheerleading gyms, too. Once Texas football and cheerleading are threatened, the bill will fail. And the guy who proposed the bill won't get re-elected. The bill as is will most definitely fail.
