I have said it before and i will say it again. The dude is very impressive. It just goes to show that gymnasts make the best free runners haha..well he a power tumbler, but i am sure the cross over is very similar.

The guy is awsome!! I consider myself truly inspired, I’m 34 but love gymnast training. What kind of things can i do on my own to improve on my gymnast ability??
