Alberta Gymnastics Training Camp

I’m at a well organized training event this weekend.

Alberta P5 girls and higher have a camp at Stampede City Gymnastics Club Friday November 7th – Sunday November 9th, 2008.

Apparatus leaders:

• Vault – Guy Lavoie
• Bars – David Altmeyer
• Beam – Liz Brubaker
• Floor – Adrian Capatana
• Floor – Derek Hanson

• Sport Psychologist – Keith McDonald

It’s coach focused. But gymnasts are getting some good basics work, as well.

I will ask my favorite question again. Any chance of anyone having video footage of the camp/lectures etc.. that they would sell, trade, gift.
I am really interested please let me know if you will have any footage or have footage in general that you would like to sell, trade, gift

I will be posting a few short clips from the camp on YouTube.

But there’s no program to videotape entire sessions, Valentin. Sorry about that.

I know I don’t have time. Most other coaches feel the same way.

Will let you know if any of the coaches put together a video of their own kids.
