The schools aren’t fully to blame for this. Its also the parents fault, and in a larger sense, society. American society pressures people to work as fast as they can to make more money. Parents need to be educated on healthy foods just as much as kids do. Not only is obesity an issue but also, healthy eating also lends itself to kids not getting as sick as much. I rarely get colds or if I do, I can function fairly well. I’ve never gotten the flu. But this is because I rarely eat out and my mom is a dietitian.
