The Lost Art of Handbalancing website is reselling an old classic book:
The True Art and Science of Hand Balancing written by two men, Professor Paulinetti and Bob Jones.
They’ve repackaged the original content in a modern format. Sounds expensive to me at $49. (Check the comments below for feedback from those who purchased it.)
Certainly hand balancers today are better than ever before. The art not at all “lost”.
Acrobatic gymnasts do the best stationary handstands. Break dancers the best dynamic handstand work.
Still, acrobatic historians may be interested in this product:
The True Art and Science of Hand Balancing

Hi
I brough this book and i have to say it really sucked. I dont recommend it at all. But it could be just me
I bought this book and it is very detailed and there is a lot of pictures. I recommend it for every person, beginner or experimented, because it shows a lot of advanced technique starting from a simple hand balance, walking on the hand and finally the incredible one handed planche . This book is for me like ”the bible of hand balancing”.These two guys put all those secret in it and its very nice to read. Maybe 49$ is a bit expensive but I think it worth the price.

anybody know where I can order some hand pedestals made for acrobatic gymnastics? (we use a 35 degree angle in our skills instead of a horizontal one)
