		<description>I don&#039;t think that people are expecting everything to be 50/50. But I took this class at my university and studies report that in North America less than 15% of collegate head coaching positions are held by females. The number goes up a little bit in relation to the Assisant Head Coach position, but it&#039;s nothing to get excited about. It&#039;s not that the women aren&#039;t qualified for the job or don&#039;t apply, it&#039;s just for some reason they don&#039;t get the job for whatever reason.
I&#039;m glad that there is something being done in Britain to combat this problem. And I do see it as a problem. I think that if say the female gymnastics team is allowed two coaches then one MUST be female.</description>

		<description>Let the free market decide.  Women and men are not the same in abilities or interests.  Stop expecting everything to be 50/50.  There is more than just plumbing that is different with the sexes.</description>
