Kent Caldwell is a Floor and Vault specialist with University of Michigan in the NCAA.

In this routine he mounts with quad, dismounts with triple.

Very nice…he actually completes the skill.

One of my former gymnasts competes with him at U of M. He’s been competing that skill for a long time and I think Kent does it better.
