		<description>Biomechanics of women&#039;s gymnastics by Gerald S. George is an amazing book, even though it was published over 25 years ago. I do wish that it would be updated for today&#039;s skills. But for good, core basics, this book is an AMAZING reference. Highly recommended!</description>
