		<description>Though I like the professional look of this device, it is based off an old remedy: rope.

Take a piece of rope and tie it the same way you see the device, behind the back, around the bar, then around the back of the thighs (where i usually tie the knot).  Takes a little practice, but if the hip circle is your focus that day, it&#039;s a great way to keep yourself from having the spot.</description>

		<description>Looks interesting. I do wish, as with most videos here, that they were put on some other host than YouTube, so that we could slow down the video. At the least, it would be nice if the actual clip was longer. It&#039;s hard to tell how to make this device yourself when the clip barely lasts 10 seconds.</description>
