His Energy Lake martial arts studio operates evenings — so Gary comes into train personally with coach Ed Vincent.

equipment “wish list”

A high priority for the club is to upgrade some of our aging equipment. Two reasons: safety and new program development.
Safety is self-evident. Altadore is almost 40-years-old. And some of the equipment dates back to the beginning!

ladder drops into the pit

Yet these are instructors being “certified” during last week’s 3 day NCCP Level 1 Gymnastics coaching course. They are now eligible to coach in any club in the country.

renovations at Altadore

Here’s a shout out to Stephen Neal for organizing the recent floor renovation at Altadore. The club is replacing old carpet with easy-to-keep-clean tiles. A big improvement. And adding rubber baseboard to protect the walls.
